Delete your Oathset account

In the app

Open Oathset, then go to Settings → Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

On the web

If you no longer have the app, request deletion here. Enter your account's email address and we'll email you a link to confirm. The link expires after 1 hour.

Can't get into that email account? Write to [email protected] from any address, and we'll help once we've confirmed the account is yours.

What gets deleted

Everything: your account and sign-in details, your character, workout history, presets, items, coins, camp, friends and friend requests, party and guild membership, notifications, and your membership record at RevenueCat. If you founded a guild, it passes to its longest-standing member. Deletion from our live systems is immediate, and the data disappears from our backups within 30 days. It can't be undone.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first, in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or on your iPhone (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Otherwise the store keeps charging you.
